I recently moved to Grimsby and today was my first time going to Lux. I had a lash tint (obsessed), eyebrow and neck wax, and a shellac manicure. Both girls who worked on me were excellent, friendly and professional, and did great work. Will definitely be going back again for more pampering!

I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

Amazing first experience at the Grimsby location. David was my nail tech and did a beautiful job he is very talented. We also had our eye brows done from Michaela and they look great. Also they have our Alumier products so we stalked up! Would highly recommend this spa.

I just had an amazing laser Brazilian appointment with Claudia and I couldn't be happier! From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, making the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. The room itself was spotless, smelled wonderful, and even had great music playing. Claudia is so detailed and meticulous in her work, which really makes a difference, and you can tell she uses top-of-the-line equipment.
