Warm welcome awaited me Lauren was so thoughtful and understanding of my needs put me at ease. I felt complete trust in her my hair cut was exactly what I wanted. Having natural curly hair the result was perfect and I'm returning for high lights as I felt confident with her skills as a hairdresser.

Paisley was wonderful she listened to what I wanted . Offered different options on colors , advice on products and she knows how to cut naturally curly hair. I would highly recommend her she was professional and approachable. The salon was clean , comfortable and friendly.

I had my first appointment with Nicola. She was really friendly and helpful. As I have curly hair it can be tricky to manage how short it will bounce back, but Nicola was able to do this perfectly. As always the staff were also super welcoming and lovely 💕

I had a balayage done with Jemma today! Staff are so nice and welcoming, I love that they have a complimentary drinks too! Thoroughly enjoyed my hot chocolate with marshmallows. My balayage turned out better than expected and just as I wanted. I could never find a hairdresser that could colour my natural black hair. Thanks to Jemma for doing my hair today. Recommend Viva hair if you got a dark hair like mine!
