Have been using Victoria for over 4 years after trying a number of hardressers when I moved to Gloucester and would not have my hair cut by anyone else now

My child is very nervous around adults and about getting her hair cut. As soon as my daughter was about to get in the chair she went into overstimulated meltdown, but phoebe, our stylist, exclamed they have a new quiet room. Once in there my daughter was able to calm down and have an enjoyable hair cut. They are always so patient with children and this new room is a game changer! Thank you and look forward to coming again.

Omg...this lady is amazing! She had previously tested hair strands to see what a particular product turned out like before I even walked in today as we had had a previous consultation and I really felt she listened to what I was hoping to achieve... And boy she got me 100 percent right...she was very persistent to achieve this.

This was our first visit to House of Envy but won't be the last - Victoria was wonderful with both of my boys who usually get their hair cut at home. She made them both feel so comfortable and relaxed, wasn't in a rush and made their first experience of a salon amazing. She was so patient even with a wiggly toddler and made it a completely stress-free experience. Thank you so much.

Had my hair cut and blowdried by Phoebe recently and I love it! She did an amazing job, we talked through what I was after and the result was better than I could imagine. All the girls are lovely and make you feel welcome while in the chair, I couldn’t recommend a better salon.
