It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! If you’re in Folkestone and you need anything doing to your hair, this is the place to go!

So happy I was told about this little gem of a salon, everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I’m so happy I’ve finally found a place I can feel comfortable. After being told how amazing The Knot was I’ve now had two cuts by two different girls and have been thrilled both times. I’ve always hated getting my hair cut by new people but never again, I’ve finally found a salon I can feel completely relaxed entering and really listened to. I’ve told everyone I know to try this little heard of salon. Word of mouth is their best advertising as their dedication to their clients needs is paramount. I’m NEVER going anywhere else again! 🙂

I saw Nikita at the knott and she is absolutely amazing! I can’t recommend her enough. I am so happy to be able to have this special place in my hometown. It truly feels a home away from home end I can’t wait to visit again. The decor is gorgeous and the salon ambiance is lovely. It’s so relaxing and feels just like a salon should feel. All the girls at the salon are so friendly and the love for what they do is felt throughout the salon. Book book book! You will not be disappointed.

I felt really welcomed into the hair studio and Hayley knew exactly what to do with my hair straight away. I needed to be told what to do with it as I never know and have never had a cut I’ve particularly liked before. The cut really suits me and my hair feels great, it’s exactly what I wanted, even though I didn’t know it. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on, and I’m so happy Hayley is setting up her own business in the centre of Folkestone!

Kelsey is a brilliant hairdresser, she is a perfectionist She always listens to what you want. All the girls who work here are lovely! Highly recommend Radiance for all hair & beauty treatments.
