It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! If you’re in Folkestone and you need anything doing to your hair, this is the place to go!

The Salon, was great, lovely chilled atmosphere, nice and warm and light…The Staff all seemed really happy in the Work place. Most of thank you too the Best Colourist ☺️Lamarna. My Hair looks Amazing thank you so much to the Work House Girls… Looking forward to my next Visit xxx

Love the Knott, everyone is so friendly. I've been having my hair by Lisa since I moved to Folkestone and she never fails to do a great job. Today I decided to change up my natural colour and Lisa has done a beautiful job. Thank you!!!

Kelsey is a brilliant hairdresser, she is a perfectionist She always listens to what you want. All the girls who work here are lovely! Highly recommend Radiance for all hair & beauty treatments.

So happy I was told about this little gem of a salon, everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I’m so happy I’ve finally found a place I can feel comfortable. I’m not a girlie girl but Mary-Anne listens and understands what I mean when I have no idea what I’m talking about. Best cut I’ve ever had and I’m never going anywhere else again! 😊

Excellent service, the hairdresser cutting my girls hair was brilliant, made sure they were happy through the process and did an excellent job. They are both really happy with their hair, and the pricing is really fair too.

I had a lash tint and lift with Jade today. She did an amazing job with them, I’m really pleased. Radiance is a lovely place to get pampered. Staff are all pleasant and friendly. Jade was very professional, in all manners. She made me feel relaxed, was really lovely and friendly and also happy to share advice on future treatments. Thank you Jade.

Spray tans are a girls best friend when you've got pasty Irish skin like mine! Thank you, great service as always x

Very good and I formative

After being told how amazing The Knot was I’ve now had two cuts by two different girls and have been thrilled both times. I’ve always hated getting my hair cut by new people but never again, I’ve finally found a salon I can feel completely relaxed entering and really listened to. I’ve told everyone I know to try this little heard of salon. Word of mouth is their best advertising as their dedication to their clients needs is paramount. I’m NEVER going anywhere else again! 🙂

I felt really welcomed into the hair studio and Hayley knew exactly what to do with my hair straight away. I needed to be told what to do with it as I never know and have never had a cut I’ve particularly liked before. The cut really suits me and my hair feels great, it’s exactly what I wanted, even though I didn’t know it. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on, and I’m so happy Hayley is setting up her own business in the centre of Folkestone!

I saw Nikita at the knott and she is absolutely amazing! I can’t recommend her enough. I am so happy to be able to have this special place in my hometown. It truly feels a home away from home end I can’t wait to visit again. The decor is gorgeous and the salon ambiance is lovely. It’s so relaxing and feels just like a salon should feel. All the girls at the salon are so friendly and the love for what they do is felt throughout the salon. Book book book! You will not be disappointed.
