The cut was good the stylist was frendly and competent of what i wanted and result a good haircut and blowdry. did find that the young lady who washed my hair did not take too much care water in my ears and the back of my head was ot washed properly maybe a lesson on how to wash hair and give a bit more attention to the client is needed.

Amazing service from Vanessa, as always. She has been my hairdresser for many years now, having previously never found a hairdresser that left me fully happy with my haircut, she was something of a revelation, and after the first cut I never looked back. She's very conscientious, listens to my needs and I end up with my hair looking exactly the way I imagined it. She's also a lovely, bubbly and friendly person, and her salon is gorgeous, and always fresh and clean. And the coffee is delicious! I look forward to many more years of first class service. This was our daughters 1st experience at a salon for a haircut so she was excited but quite nervous of what to expect. Steph was very friendly and welcoming and talked her through everything. Steph regularly checked with our daughter that she was happy with how her hair was and also with myself. Steph has done an amazing job and was very thorough with ensuring the best results. Our daughter and myself are thrilled with her haircut and will 100% be coming again.
