Tamika was great, good cut and color. When I went to your Booval barber it was only $40- for the precision colour and cut. I tried to find out how much it was going to cost before we started because I'm on a tight budget and had I known how much it was going to cost I would have just got the cut and not worried about the colour. I'm not saying it wasn't value for money and I'm sure the cost of running a salon like that would be substantial.

On a call in visit (live on road permanently) I was estatic with my short chic/pixie/hipster cut. Most hairdressers are not confident cutting a ladies hair in classic manner but Chris pulled off. Very Satisfied. When in Brisbane/Ipswich will return!

Hello everyone today I experienced a salon service that I've never experienced before, the lovely ladies at encore made me feel like a VIP client ,there personal approach to me put me at ease as soon as I walked into the salon, I was greeted with such a pleasant and truthful smile,then came the professional start to my treatment today at the end I walked out with such great satisfaction at how my Blonde hair looked and felt the girls did a fantastic job, I would highly recommend ENCORE girl in an instant

Wonderfull as the lovely girl who did my hair did it to perfection from really long hair to a lovely short bob with silver foils and another lovely girl coloured my eye lashes with such a delicate and gentle hand. Thank you all girls, your all really great. Have a blessed Christmas.💐

Elissa was wonderful. My daughter wanted to donate her hair but still be able to put her hair in a pony tail for school. She used plastic hair ties to be able to keep the hair in sections and put it in a pretty pink envelope for her to mail off. My beautiful little girl walked out feeling fresh and loving her super short cut! Thanks Elissa!

My visit there was good but I did explain at the start that I was mainly wanting a colour and on my previous visit I thought it was too dark so I wanted it to be one or two shades lighter. Instead it turned out to be close to jet black which looks artificial and people do comment about it. Unfortunately in the salon it's a bit hard to see the colour so I told them I was happy with it but when I looked into a mirror outside the salon I could see the colour better and it was black. I have a file in your salon but the girl doing my hair couldn't find it and had to ring someone to get the info.

Lovely experience here, Amy did an amazing job with my hair turned out exactly how I wanted it to. She also gave great tips/advice on how to manage my hair as I struggle with my curls and how thick my hair is. Would highly recommend, lovely atmosphere, all the girls were very polite and professional.
