It's always such a joy visiting Francesca at the Loft in Reigate. I'm really enjoying exploring new textures and shapes for my hair. Its also such a fun visit as Francesca is so funny and a positive person.

I always enjoy my appointments with Lauren. She takes time to listen to what I have in mind and gives great advice. The process is always relaxing and the salon is beautiful, I In a great location. I always leave feeling hair confident and that my hair has been well looked after meaning I can keep it long and its still low maintenance.
