Rachel has been doing my hair for maybe 12 years or more. I wouldn't let anyone else cut and colour my hair! Her advice is always spot on and she takes a real pride in her work. London salon quality!

I had a dry haircut and am very happy with the results. The stylist was very careful with my hair.

I absolutely love going to Essence Hair treatment. The staff are friendly, professional and very talented. Had the nanoplasty for my hair. Nothing has worked to tackle my unruly, dry, brittle hair. But this treatment has done wonders for my hair. It feels nourished and revitalised. I always leave this place feeling better. Thank you for providing a superb service, best place in Luton for hair!

Had my hair done with Gurj for the first time but it felt as if I've known her the longest time, shes so lovely and so welcoming! Had a cut and colour done after 4yrs and i wasnt disappointed with the result, i was skeptical about the colour i had chosen but she exceeded my expections and i absolutely loved what she did!

Another great haircut, always makes me feel comfortable and listened to.

Rachel is so lovely and talented as a hairdresser! I brought a few inspo pics and she did a brilliant job at creating something similar to what I wanted - asking me plenty of questions about the hairstyle and providing advice to make sure it was exactly how I wanted. I sometimes give myself haircuts at home and Rachel also gave advice on how I could improve them (although I’m sure I won’t need to cut my hair myself now that I’ve found her). Highly recommend! ☺️

It was very difficult for me to find a good hairdresser, with my thick and dense long hair, who could make me happy with the hairstyle I dreamed of, but I think I finally found one. Ellie was very professional and communicative, focuses on customer requirements but also with a professional approach and advice. I don't remember when I feel that good with the haircut, which I really like. I am happy that I no longer have to look for a hairdresser who will fully meet my expectations. Definitely will pay next visit in Ellie's hair salon.
