I had the glass facial today with Sian . This was my first facial experience, I felt informed throughout the whole facial about what products were being used and how they will benefit my skin. Absolutely know your in the right hands as soon as you have the consultation with karlie, she knows excatly what she is doing at a high level of experience, consultation done and great advise given on what areas to hit and what she can do, botox app made me feel very comfortable and no pain your shown the product and told about the product. Wouldn't go anywhere else now I've found karlie her experience is second to none xx

Had a demaplaning facial and lash lift and tint today with Lou. Everything was amazing, Lou is fantastic at what she does. She explained the process and offered lots of advice throughout the appointment. My skin feels so radiant and soft and my lashes are perfect! The Pink Room itself is easy to find, plenty of parking and everyone who works there is so welcoming. I'll definitely be back!

i recently had my facial done here, so i reached Emma out on insta, she responded timely and guided me through what i actually needed for my skin, Her being an expert i chose what she asked me to do and i am just so happy with the results.Helped me manage the Appointment timing as well.She have been very friendly throughout the facial and calmed me down during the stubborn milia extraction. An absolute gem .she deserves much more recognition
