Had the pleasure to book in advance with Zoey Mathers in lead up to my 21st birthday celebration. I first had a consultation of a patch test where this knew which hairstyle I exactly wanted as it was my first time going permanent. I went for a balayage ordinary rinse, cut and blow dry applying a full head of fine sun-kiss babylights and toner for finish. The brunette to blonde dye from face and half through the hair was all over (roots to tips) to block out the colour from underneath (developing and processing using foils to formulate the shimmering shades and framing effect).Amazing outcome!😍

Definitely the best goth beautician in Sunderland!

Had a seventy hyal 2000 skin booster treatment , consultation with Natalie first she was fab disgusted the treatment talking through what I wanted from it and what she recommended, lovely on the night went through the procedure again couldn’t of been nicer , I was over the moon with initial results straight away and 3 days just like she said my skin is plumper , smother and glowing , really happy 😃

I had my first lip filler done. The treatment was very professional and all the consultation was done correctly including all after care advice, would I get it done again. Hmm don't think my pain tolerance is high enough but this is down to me and my experience everyone has different pain thresholds mine is low but looking forward to end results a great aesthetics lady who knows her stuff and very very professional at all times, I go for other treatments too

Outstanding… I am so pleased with the results but the whole process from consultation to aftercare has been second to none.

First time at the salon so very nervous - I went full restyle -colour/cut short. But I had nothing to worry about, was made to feel at home and Gwen worked her magic. Really rare when you only have one hairdresser working on your hair from consultation to finish these days, honestly fabulous. I’ve booked in for my pre Christmas visit already! Thank you Gwen, I love my hair, can’t wait to see what you do next time.
