Karen is amazing. A true professional that quickly sets her clients at ease during (what can be) a slightly uncomfortable and rather embarrassing process. As we chaps get older, many of us get hairier in places that can cause discomfort and I am very grateful for her service, which has helped me to continue playing sports. Love this treatment! My skin has improved so much, I had a cluster of spots on my chin for months which are virtually gone now. Skin soft and make up sits much nicer. Karen is always warm and welcoming!

I have been coming back to Karen for a long time. Right from the very first time we met, she was very friendly, welcoming, accommodating and professional. She`s very passionate about what she does and she always pays great attention to her customers. I have a bit of a sensitive skin so she always uses great quality products for my treatment to make the waxing process as pain-free as possible and to help my skin with the healing process. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of Natasha. I have been visiting her for around a year now to work on my (non existent) brows, and she’s the only brow tech to ever make any pigment stick in my very oily skin! I now actually have eyebrows which has made my life so much easier as I don’t have to draw them on every day. She’s also super friendly and it feels like having a chat with a friend when I visit - If you’re considering booking in with her I highly recommend you do - you won’t regret it!

Natasha really took the time to make sure my eyebrows were perfect! I have alopecia so I practically have no eyebrows at all, which obviously made it quite a bit harder for her. I was quite nervous because of having a couple of bad experiences with other people previously. But Natasha listened to what I wanted and made them look so real and natural. I would definitely recommend Natasha and will be going back next year for my top up!

Had the most amazing facial tonight by Hannah the New Princess Facial . Fully recommend the relaxed atmosphere and professional approach. Definitely will be booking in again for more treatments . My skin looks and feels smooth and glowing .

From my consultation to my appointment was a real pleasure. Natasha was so warm and friendly and put me at ease straight away. Natasha explained everything, from the treatment to the aftercare and was happy to answer any questions I had.
