Had my first session of PRP, vicky is very knowledgable and explained the whole process really well. The whole appointment from consultation through to walking out the door was very quick and easy. Id been needing some expert eyes on my scalp and hairline and really feel like i found it.

When I arrived for my appointment I was confused if where to park. I called the consultant Saffa who directed me to where I need to park and came out to meet me by my car. Saffa explained the treatment with full experience and answered all questions with full knowledge. Overall Saffa was professional and really easy to talk to which made the consultation reassuring.

Following a recommendation, my daughter and I met with Dr Gabs, each for a consultation. Having listened to each of our concerns, she gave advice and suggested options for us to consider: clear information about costs if we wanted to go forward with treatment. My daughter will start her plan next week ( excited about that boost to her current skincare). I also have a better understanding on what I want to prioritise and get started with a plan too.

I Have a cool peel facial every month with Erika. Also have been using Environ products for 2 1/2 years. Would highly recommend a consultation as everyone’s skin needs are different. Erika is very knowledgeable and will help you find the products which will meet your goals. I have learnt so much about my skin in the last few years.
