Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

Sara is amazing, I’ve been coming to Sara for 3 years and even though I’ve moved out of London I have my monthly appointments with her in the diary! I completely trust Sara with my hair. Her bouncy blow-dry is great and lasts the whole weekend. From balayage to growing out my grey with care Sara has nailed my colour every time. My hair washes and dries beautifully after a bi-monthly cut with Sara—I can’t recommend her enough!! 💆🏻‍♀️💓👌🏼

I had such a good experience at Fresh Face London this is my second time with them. Whitney was amazing she explained everything to me so clearly and took the time to make sure I understood each step of the process. She has also frequently checked in with me afterwards to see how my skin is doing, & quick to respond to any concerns or messages which I really appreciated. I felt looked after. I’ve already started to see improvement my skin feels smoother and looks more even, even at this early stage.
