Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

Just had the most wonderful facial with April. She sat down and talked to me about my skin concerns and regimen, then proceeded to the treatment with relaxing massages throughout. Perfect way to melt the stress away. I don’t normally say this about a lot of facials I get in London, but worth every penny! Will be coming back soon xx

From start to finish I was comfortable and at ease. Kevin is incredibly professional and respectful. He goes out of his way to ensure your experience is relaxing and effective, asking consent and permission, explaining what he is doing and why, requesting feedback from you as the client, and tailoring all aspects of the consultation to you. I cannot recommend enough - each time I leave feeling like I’m floating and for the first time in a very long time I am seeing progress! Thank you!

This was my first time visiting Victoria Wellness for Emsculpt and I was thoroughly impressed. Absolutely impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail! The Ultraformer III treatment was carried out to the highest standard, with full parameters and no cutting corners on the number of shots. ​The practitioner was brilliant – she explained everything clearly and used a multi-layer technique (3 different cartridges for the lower face and neck, and a tailored one for the forehead). Every single area, especially the double chin and jawline, was treated thoroughly with dense coverage. She even finished off with LED light therapy to soothe the skin, which was a lovely touch.
