I had a pleasant first visit at Rejuvenate Cardiff (Hayes Lane) where I was booked for the luxury Lymphatic Lift Facial. Natalie, the specialist, stood out with her expertise, reflecting a genuine passion for her work. The attention to detail during the procedure was remarkable. Lived in Cardiff 8 years and tried so many salons. This is the only one I’ve stuck with. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome, no bitchiness or drama, people SMILE AND SAY HELLO. Darla is amazing, goes above and beyond and gets more excited about my hair than me haha. They put your hair first, give you realistic expectations and advice, and do everything they can to make you feel nice about yourself. It’s actually a treat to go instead of anxiety/a chore. Their products are lush, smell amazing and my hair is now in amazing condition. They cheer each other on and it’s just lush🩵

All staff were welcoming and approachable and quickly diminished any anxiety I may have been feeling. The consultantation was informative and did not feel rushed which allowed for asking of questions and confirmations on specific details. Overall felt like care and attention was put into the consultation and general treatment of self. I am looking forward to going back and starting my treatment.

Awesome experience! Really impressed. I have a severe skin issue and had a really thorough consultation. Removed my anxieties and worries and checked in with me throughout the appointment to manage the situation with my skin and to make sure I was comfortable at every step. Relaxed atmosphere along side a relaxing treatment Learned about my skin and its needs. I have tried a number of treatments for my skin and this was the first treatment where my expectations were managed. I can not thank Cherri enough for her fantastic work. I had severe hair loss on one side due to eczema which makeup was hard to hide. Her work has given me back 2 eyebrows and my confidence. From the consultation to the appointment and aftercare she has been amazing and friendly. I wanted natural eyebrows and she delivered 100%!

I arrived at the Brow Loft for my consultation a little nervous. I needn't have worried as Cherri immediately put me at ease. She welcomed me in and her pleasant, gentle manner made me relax instantly. She explained the whole process thoroughly and simply. Nothing was rushed and she gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Cherri's professionalism put me at ease. I found Emily by chance online & am so pleased I did. I wasn't sure which treatment to have so once we'd gone through all the necessary allergy/medical questions, Emily went through the various treatments that would be most beneficial to me as it was my first visit. She really is the sweetest & most patient & very knowledgeable. I chose a facial peel treatment & it's the best, most thorough I've ever had. Was definitely worth the journey from Chepstow to Cardiff. Have now booked for my daughter & will be rebooking for myself. Can't recommend Emily enough x

I came for the first time to Cardiff aesthetics and had dermaplane with chemical perl and micro needling.. The service was great and had good experience about the procedure and professionalism. My skin today feels smooth and glowing. I would recommend anyone who is looking for someone who has great knowledge of the services . The salon has a lovely atmosphere and close to my neighbourhood.

Emily was fantastic! I didn’t really have a treatment in mind when I came for my initial consultation and analysis. After a very comprehensive breakdown of all that was on offer to assist my skin concerns I opted for a treatment that I’d been so considering for a long time but was too scared to take the plunge. Emily made the whole process and experience so calming and easy and I am thrilled with how it went and feel very lucky to have found her clinic! 100% recommend Emily as a beautician and just the nicest human being. Consultation was conducted well very informative and helpful.. India was very patient and understanding to my skin needs . I was recommended products to use and suggested treatments that would benefit my skin long term .. which would be looked at after first treatment and assessed accordingly.
