Dan was amazing, had a locked lower back and needed urgent attention before going on holiday in a few days. I've had over five treatments at this clinic so far, and I've always had a great experience. The practitioner is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable. She's great to talk to during appointments and is clearly very knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. One thing I particularly appreciate is how approachable and responsive she is if I have any questions or concerns after a treatment. It's reassuring to know that support is available if needed. I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
