This was my first time coming to the Lab and I had the most welcoming experience. The ladies were so sweet and extremely caring. I attend a first time skin consult and a first time brow ride and wax. The skin consult was extremely thorough and provide lots of important information about skin, the layers, and what best techniques to use to achieve the results I wanted for my skin. I absolutely loved Anna - her depth of knowledge of skincare and her passion for the holistic approach to skin made the whole session feel amazing. My brows were amazingly looked after. Would highly recommend the dye!

Mikaela is one of the most experienced and talented beautician in Canberra. It's not everyday you request a tattoo on your face! In the way of microblading eyebrows. I received a deliciously luxurious and deeply releasing buccal face massage! My skin was glowing and brighter in the aftermath. Mikaela was so warm and welcoming with tons of knowledge and tips. Beautiful studio in a quiet setting with a super comfortable chair. I’m looking forward to my next visit :)

The best spa experience in Canberra, for sure. I had my first visit today, based on word of mouth, and the word was right. Had a 2 ritual package with relaxing massage and basic facial. Jocelyn, my therapist, gave a great massage with just the right amount of pressure and she found the right spots. My facial made my face glow, the plunge pool and sauna were great, and the lounge was very relaxing. I honestly could have stayed many more hours, just lolling around, had I time on my side. I will return.

Fantastic experience. Staff were all warm and welcoming and went out of their way to fascilitate a special surprise for me and my partner. The location is beautiful and well designed. The massage felt amazing. Worth every dollar and very very very much looking forward to my next trip to Canberra specifically so I can visit this place. Shout out to Mary in particular who went above and beyond to make our experience special.

And such wonderful staff I felt very comfortable being there and I was getting asked how each product felt on my skin if I was having any irritation or anything, each product was explained and I was told what it would feel like on the skin it was an overall great experience with very lovely staff will definitely be going back there and letting friends and family know to check the place out 🤍
