Althia is the G.O.A.T !!! I had a wonderful, professional experience from consultation to styling. She was very attentive, answered all my questions, and provided me with all the maintenance information I would need to begin this journey. My hair turned out fantastic!!! I decided to try texture release because I have thick hair which shrinks to about a third of its actual length. It was becoming harder for me to manage, especially on wash days so I booked my appointment and counted down the days. It's a multi step process so be prepared to be in the salon for a while but it is worth every minute and every cent. With proper care, it will last for at least three months, my hair is wayyyyy easier to comb and my favourite part is that while my hair is more stretched and appears longer, my wash and go is still very defined. 10/10, I definitely recommend

Let me tell yalll ....the customer service experience was exceptional. Now the hair I originally wanted was sold out. I was in a slight panic but found another source with something similar. When I called Kimmy to make sure I was obtaining the right hair, her helpfulness was a breath of fresh air. No frustration in her voice (mind you I call she a million times lol) it was pure customer service bliss. Her work is exceptional . I love my hair and will definitely be back but who wouldn't after such an experience. Kudos to Island Serenity!!

While visiting Barbados I needed a hairdresser to reinstall my sewing...well I came across shaes hair while searching....Tanya was super fast and very sweet and my hair the bomb ..love it ...the environment is very clean and organized not forgetting beautifully decorated....book Shae from a extremely picky American visitors recommendation...
