I went to get a balayage, loved the end results. Staff were absolutely amazing and polite. Great customer service highly recommend visiting.

I am an extremely busy working professional with very little time for hair appointments as I’m always rushing. Today I stepped into the most warm, welcoming and professional environment to be transported away to a place of relaxation whilst Vanda worked her creative magic on my hair. As she crafted away we talked, sipped coffee and laughed. A few hours later I left the Salon with a total new hair colour and style, looking and feeling absolutely amazing. First visit today, been box dying my hair for many years and fancied switching up my colour. Katie did a fabulous job of lifting my hair, colour perfect and subtle ash blonde balayage. I was there a good few hours and made to feel very welcome with tea. Katie explained each step of what she was doing. Lovely salon with lovely staff too. Highly recommend 💗

First time for balayage and cut with Chloe. Absolutely wonderful. Very professional and efficient. Colour is spot on. Trying to grow longer/stronger hair so a bit concerned about the cut but needn't have been, looks amazing and very good (but considerate) 'tidy and shape.' Love it.

Have been getting my Balayage done by Nicola for a few years now, met her first at a London Salon and then followed her into Essex ever since!!! My hair queen extraordinaire never lets me down! Have followed her to this salon, really lovely space, and a very relaxing experience! Love the Quiet Hair Spa area ❤️

The balayage I had looked amazing and the colour perfect. Unfortunately my colour appointment took longer than planned so wasn’t able to get my hair cut but this was not the staffs fault. Everyone was very polite and helpful and I will be returning to get the cut carried out and future balayage maintenance
