I've always been anxious about going to hairdressers with my short hair but Courtnie is so lovely and makes sense of it all so perfectly, even when I have no real ideas about what I want to do. Tori was absolutely incredible from start to finish when doing my hair. She made the whole process enjoyable and exciting. This was my first time bleaching my hair and using Crazy Color, so Tori gave me lots of helpful advice :) The whole team are so welcoming and friendly and I've never received so many compliments on my hair before!
