If there were a star above “Fantastic”, that’s exactly how I would rate the team at Preston & Co! I had completely ruined my hair with an over-the-counter dye and it looked absolutely dreadful. In my line of work, I’m expected to use social media a lot, so to say it knocked my confidence would be an understatement. The team at Preston were amazing — they even fitted me in between clients to sort it out. I absolutely adore my new colour and I will never dye my hair at home again! I took my daughter here for her first ever hairdressers appointment, and Preston & Co treated her amazingly! Very patient, so friendly, and even treated her to a hot chocolate and biscuits. Nobody skilled as Neha, just a babe! So pleasant did such a wonderful job of my hair. I’m so happy with my new look, she made my whole experience positive and I felt so comfortable. I couldn’t recommend Neha enough. As a manager of the salon I truly believe she does not get enough credit for her efforts and how much of an amazing hair dresser and stylist she is! I visited for a consultation with Kristopher who fully explained the treatment plan, completed a patch test and I booked for my first appointment. On my day of treatment I had full head highlights, gloss plus treatment, cut & finish - what a difference this has made to the condition of my hair, it's so much stronger and in the best condition it has been for a long time. Clean stylish salon, massage chairs are amazing. Really nice welcoming atmosphere, Miah is lovely and friendly. Kristopher is really easy to chat with, love my new hairdresser :) would highly recommend.

Really lovely atmosphere. The lady who did my hair was so sweet and understood exactly what I was asking for. Salon felt very welcoming and super clean. No messy tables in front of you when you sit down, just a full length mirror. Perfect for taking selfies

I came to Georgia wanting some help and advice with my fine blonde hair which was in a state after a previous hair appointment at another salon. My hair was very yellow and foils had left obvious stripes in my hair which had left me very self conscious. Georgia was amazing, she put me at ease and was incredibly knowledgeable. I left the salon today full of confidence and loving my new hair. It was exactly what I wanted. Georgia also gave me advice on how to look after my fine hair and which products would work best. Would definitely recommend

It was actually an accident me getting my hair done by Amy as there’d been a glitch on the app that let me book in on a Monday (silly me didn’t know this was typically a hairdressers day off). I needed my hair fixing after it had gone wrong a few days prior and Amy came in on her day off just to help me out and really talked me through what she was going to do and made me feel at ease. I’m so grateful and she did such an amazing job at fixing my highlights and overall colour!
