Anna is a wonderful hairdresser and colourist. I live in London and I now book my hair cuts and highlights in with her when I am in Plymouth. She cut my nine year old’s hair today and she was so kind and takes such care in her work - my daughter loves the cut!!

Had my hair extention consultation today, 1st off hannah was extreamly welcoming. Made me feel welcome. Listened to me talk and what i wanted to achieve. Time was not an issue and i didnt feel rushed.knows whats shes talking about and very knowledgeable and honest about expectations. Cant wait to see the results.but so far a great experience.

This is the first time I feel anyone spent time to get to know my hair properly as part of the styling consultation. Jenny worked with my natural hair not against, noticing my hair was curly (news to me). Jenny offered me advice/ products to trial between appointments to help me decide- she is so knowledgeable! The whole team were so welcoming and made me feel relaxed and included. I knew I had complete confidence in Jenny so I let her work her magic! I now have bouncy sun-kissed natural curls, which I LOVE! I’m so chuffed with my new look and I am never going anywhere else again!

Eda is the most lovely hairdresser ever, she always is so kind and makes me feel so beautiful! Im so glad I found her as I wont get my hair done by anyone else! My hair has went from black box dye to now a lovely light brown in the 3 sessions while still healthy and long. If you are in plymouth and need your hair cut or coloured please see Eda 🩷

First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.

I was a tourist visiting Plymouth for a couple of weeks, and Nancy and the team couldn’t have been friendlier. Nancy also does a great job with eyelash extensions. Very excellent Salon!

I found Caroline after stopping a women in a restaurant with the most fantastic short haircut ! I have found a really clever, experienced, hairdresser give me an amazing cut, textured, choppy..looks fab! She was lovely too. Ive booked my roots and foils for next week. Thank you. Also easy to park, which is great too.

Fantastic experience at Rapunzel's, Vicky and Kieran were both warm, welcoming and friendly which was lovely, especially as I'm a first-time customer. The salon being both LGBT+ and Neurodivergent friendly made me feel at ease and like I could be myself without fear or judgement. The haircut also turned out amazing!
