Caitlin is the best hairdresser my partner and I have ever had. She is always friendly and chatty and a few times has been really flexible when I couldn't make it. Caitlin is the only hairdresser I have been to for four years and is a great ambassador for the business! As we are leaving Leicester, I can only say that we will miss her deeply

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I recently came to Sammy for highlights after being dark for a while. Having had a bad experience before at another salon I was super nervous but Sammy was so reassuring and made the experience so lovely. Erin was amazing! I was pleasantly surprised at how quick she was considering I was her 3rd/4th set of half head highlights. She made me feel at ease and was the perfect balance of chatty & professional and making sure she got it right for me. She asked for help when needed but nearly each time she was onto the right track anyway. She was super friendly and a credit to the hair room.
