Vanessa was amazing and very accommodating I get very nervous and do find it hard sometimes to articulate what I want. she explained everything in depth, checked out my hair condition told me what would be achievable, what was low maintenance because I'm going to struggle with high maintenance and she was so thorough I've never met someone who is like this & understanding of my situation. She never rushed me either. We managed to come up with a plan for my hair, I just apologize if it made her brain hurt because it's a lot of thought process to work out the colors due to my hair. thank you 🙂

Great to see Tracey. An honest chat about my hair which did not need usual hi lights as I was very blonde. The ends of my hair were very dry due to swimming. A good chlorine stripping shampoo recommended and purchased. Lovely hair cut as usual. Thank you 😊
