Another great experience. Tanya is so knowledgeable and professional and reallly takes time to listen, reassure and explain. Her customer service is fantastic but her skill level is off the chart, I love my eye brows after years of a very frustrating relationship with them! She really understands that having your eyebrows done permanently is a big deal and is respectful of that. I have just been in for a top up and my mum, at 84, has just booked in to have hers done for the first time.

I visited Eloise this morning for an eyebrow tint and wax, Eloise was very professional and made me feel very comfortable, she made sure to get the colour correct to ensure I was happy with the result. Thank you Eloise for a pleasant experience :)

Friendly welcome. Eyebrows waxed quickly. Skin held so it was less painful. Patch test done without any pain.

My new favourite beauty salon, the girls were so lovely and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I got acrylic extensions and an eyebrow wax, both technicians were very good and took their time to make it perfect. I could not recommend this place enough!!

The whole experience of having a combination of micro blading and powder eyebrows was fabulous. Vicky spent time marking up my patchy brows. She is extremely thorough and didn’t start the procedure until we were both agreed on ‘the desired look’. I am so happy with the result and aftercare given.

I went for a top up on my eyebrows and the result is excellent. Vicky takes great pride in her work.

Eloise is fabulous. She makes you feel at ease immediately. She sorted out my eyebrows and other stray hairs easily and my facial was so good I nearly went to sleep. A 5 star experience, for sure. I would definitely recommend her services.

Having had an extremely stressful and most unpleasant and unprofessional experience in the past - Thalia has completely restored my confidence. Thalia has been cutting my hair for the past couple of months every 4 weeks and today I have had a full head of colours. My hair looks amazing and I am over the moon with the results. Thalia gave good advice and suggestions and listened to my requests. I would thoroughly recommend using House of Serenity and support a local independent trader in Ferring village. The treatments (facial, leg wax, eyebrow shaping, manicure) were expertly done and Eloise herself is absolutely lovely.
