I have just had my eyebrows waxed by Danielle and can honestly say she has done the best job on them since I moved to Basingstoke! She was so friendly and chatty as well, I highly recommend her! I will definitely be back x

I am so impressed with this salon. The environment feels so friendly yet relaxing and my beauty therapist Suzanne was so lovely. She did an amazing job with my eyebrows and nails that I will definitely be visiting again very soon

Incredible. Heidi was extremely professional and managed to see us later than our original appointment as I was running so behind. She managed to do my 13-year-old daughters eyebrows as well and did an absolutely amazing job was kind gentle and patient and helped my daughter to feel much more comfortable about having her eyebrows done in the future. Cannot rate highly enough and always look forward to going back to having my eyebrows done again.

Wow! I am absolutely taken back by how amazing this woman is at her job. Let me tell you, I am the WEIRDEST person with having my eyebrows done by anyone. It seems no matter where I go, I always leave feeling a bit upset about how they look. Not this time! I am in loooove with them! Truly, I couldn’t be more grateful. Then the LVL - absolute game changer! My lashes look so long and healthy, without curving all the way back. Grace listens to your anxieties about any treatments and makes sure you’re comfortable with whole process. She is ridiculously knowledgeable in her field too!

Heidi was simply amazing. My eyebrows look incredible and she was so gentle and kind, barely felt my eyebrows being waxed. Really lovely to chat to and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Leigh was lovely, explained everything to me ready for my Volume Lash Extensions and eyebrow tint and shape tomorrow. I am very nervous as first time having lashes, but Leigh has put me at ease.
