Had my eyelashes done for the first time today and I can't believe how amazing they look I would recommend for anyone to have this done. Ibtissam never fails me, I missed her while she was away but once again I can't be more pleased. Ibtissam has also done my microblading and lips I feel transformed 💓 not forgetting the amazing Wendy always there to ensure all the clients get the best possible treatments. Mel is totally here for us anxious lot. I've been wanting to get my brows & lashes done for years, but going somewhere where I feel welcomed, with parking, reasonably priced etc, my anxieties went crazy so I always put it off. Then Mel popped up and was exactly what I was looking for. I explained to her I had a streak on my face so my right eyelashes and eyebrow are white. At the patch test she had a good look at my lashes and brows and went through all the forms she needed to and was confident she could cover the streak. She wasn't wrong! Fabulous! X

Sian was great and I’ve now got beautiful eyelashes! I was seen on time and the room and set up were great. It was my first visit to House of Castello, but I will definitely be back!
