I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

Came back for a root dye, and I'm again super happy with the colour, the blow-dry and the overall service. Best value for money, this salon exceeded my expectations from the first time I stepped foot in there, and again did not disappoint. I went for their April special: R480 for a root dye, moisturising treatment and blow-out. Honestly, where do you get all this for that price! And with stunning results on top of that! I used to pay R2000+ at my previous salons, and the colour didn't even stay as vibrant for that long, as it does with Jem. I'll defs be back again.

She really takes the time to understand exactly the shade I’m after, and the results are always natural, bright, and beautifully blended. I always go to Platinum Hair when I am in Cape Town Mel is the only hairdresser who always gets it spot on . Her expertise is outstanding . The staff are friendly . Lovely log fire lounge while you wait . Mel is also a child and animal lover who is making a difference in a lot of lives .
