What a wonderful experience at Penarth Scalp Spa! Helen is so knowledgeable about scalp health and it was so interesting to see my scalp health up close as part of the initial analysis before treatment. The essential oils used really made me feel relaxed and Helen explained everything beforehand. I was so relaxed, warm and cosy I could have lay there all day! The hand and arm massage was also a lovely surprise! Thank you so much Helen!

JADE CAME TO MY RESCUE! I had previously been to another hairdresser for lived in blonde and was very unhappy with the end result. Jade took time , care and precision colour correcting to remove the warm unwanted tones in my hair ( not an easy task) giving me a clean lived in blonde which is exactly what I had wished for! Sian is lush! My hair was looking tired and lacked shine. I opted to have balayage to blend in with my natural colour and the grey coming through. I’m so happy with the finish and I’ve learnt so much about how to look after my hair from Sian. Highly recommend !

I love my new hair colour, as always. Kasey is a magician, she’s so so talented and knowledgable. She always ensures my hair is looked after and minimal damage is done by colouring. I love that the salon is as sustainable as possible too and it’s always a lovely, relaxing experience at Create :)

Helen added another round of semi permanent colour to the highlights to make them more coppery which I really appreciated as well as the great cut!
