Amazing as always. Sarah is so patient and engaging with my little girl when I take her for a haircut. What used to be an almost impossible task is now smooth sailing and dare I say enjoyable! Everyone is lovely in there 💜

Absolutely AMAZING ! Took my little girl who is really uncomfortable in new settings. I was in full on panic mode, ready to restrain my girl for a haircut but Sarah was so so patient. She told me we had plenty of time, took us into a quieter back room and showed us round, giving a Grace some bits and pieces to play with. I’ve never seen her adapt so quickly!
