Lorraine is brilliant, listened to what I wanted and showed me how to style it to make my fine hair appear thick and healthy, she even managed to add on a dry cut for my little girl during my appointment at the last minute. I have recently visited Chris for my colour and new extensions, I have never been happier with the results. Chris is so knowledgeable and professional, I had my own concerns about my hair and he gave me lots of advice, product recommendations and my appointment felt bespoke around these concerns to promote the health of my hair. His attention to detail is unbelievable, and I absolutely love my new hair.

Claire, you are amazing, I love getting my facial and one of the things I love most is you will be honest if you feel a treatment would not benefit you, such a warm and caring person Benni, you are the first technician that managed to stop my nails breaking, just what I asked for and I can honestly say my nails have never looked better, oh and you are great at my pedicure, my feet feel like sponges when you are finished, add in the free massage chair while this procedure is going on, heaven just visits me All of the technicians have a superb customer care focus. Thankyou

Judy has been cutting/colouring my hair for 20 + years ,I wouldn't go anywhere else, always listens to you ,and her staff are all lovely pleasant girls ,they all make you feel very relaxed . Husband has also been going to have his hair cut for years and he wouldn't go anywhere else either.

As always, a fantastic experience yesterday (16/07/25). all of the girls are extremely friendly and Courtney knows how I like my hair cut. I just need to say 'the usual' and she always does a brilliant job. If only I could give more than 5 stars. Christine x
