Visited the salon again today had Louise she’s absolutely amazing I leave it all in her hands to do my hair. I had such an amazing experience with Donnie and Maddy! My hair is very thick and quite sensitive, so I’m always a little nervous, but they were both incredibly gentle and attentive throughout the entire process. Donnie did a fantastic job with my highlights — the color is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I hoped for. Maddy was wonderful with the blow dry, making sure to be extra gentle while still leaving my hair smooth and styled beautifully. I couldn’t be happier with the result and the care they showed. Highly recommend them both!

Taylor is very professional, communicating every step of the treatment. Always happy calm relaxed environment. Taylor listens well and checks you are comfortable and makes sure you are comfortable through the procedure. I have had lip blush and a top uo of colour. I think she is so skilled and wonderful at her profession as a permanent makeup artist. I absolutely love my new defined lips and colour. Im nearly 60 years old and im so pleased I had this done. I always have a fantastic experience at this salon with Isla. She is kind, attentive and very skilled. I had a balayage yesterday and after going home was a little unhappy with lighter colour just on a small strand of hair at the front. This was sorted out by Isla the next morning without a fuss and without being made to feel like a nuisance, and I am very happy with the result.

Excellent service as always. I travel from outside of Crawley to see Nicky.. I won't go or see anyone else for my beauty treatments. Nicky is always so obliging and accommodating even coming in on her day off to ensure I could have my treatments before going away.

Once again, superb colour. Absolutely perfect. I’ve had a lot of compliments about my highlights and the shade. I’m a brunette with copper. I’ve been to so many hairdressers who struggle to get this right. They are not just brilliant hairdressers but the atmosphere is friendly and easy going.

I visited the salon today and Simona took care of my hair. I had a dry cut and an all-over colour. She was very attentive and did my hair exactly how I asked. Highly professional!

Amazing service from Brooke, she gave great hair advice and used wonderful products in her lovely salon making sure I was comfortable. From my initial free consultation at BSH Hair to my appointment, I have to say that I'm impressed! I'm so glad I found Brooke! She did an amazing job putting me at ease, talking through options and doing a skin patch test. I returned and decided to try a semi gloss colour tint and a conditioning mask. The salon was lovely and fresh and tastefully decorated. The chair and hair wash setup were very comfortable, I could have drifted off! Brooke massaged my head and used quality products leaving my hair smelling and looking so amazing! I'm very happy with the colour, finish and service. Thanks!
