Another great appointment with Steph based at The Room, Berryfields. This salon has a lovely atmosphere and Steph is always very welcoming. Lots of thought and planning was put into my hair colouring as it hasn’t been coloured for many years. The result is fabulous, finished as always with a lovely cut. Thank you Staph x

First time I've visited and Lisa was great, thank you! I used a new dye on my roots which was much darker than the dark blonde it stated, giving me a very dark top of my head and the rest of my hair blonde which wasn't what I wanted. Lisa explained the process and spent hours undoing my mess. I mentioned I found the blonde too yellow, I didn't show her a photo of what I wanted but she managed to get my hair a lovely colour, just from what I described. She went through what I need to do to maintain it and it sounds like it will be easier maintained than before.

Absolutely thrilled to bits with the colour Tyanah recommended for my hair. Nice and subtle, which is what I wanted, but it's given the natural colour a lift. Even my husband commented, which he never does!

Steph did a great job with my 3 year old daughter’s hair. She was quick and efficient, keeping her engaged and was finished before she had the chance to get bored. I wish I could take her there for every hair wash and avoid the usual battles as she loves sitting in the special hair wash chair.😂 We will definitely be returning and my daughter loves going for a proper salon experience.

Anna, is very professional and courteous when addressing a customer's hair. She is very skilled with what a customer wants and always suggest the correct colours and hair cut to suit her clients taste. Always been amazed at every visit. Would highly recommend Anna. Anna is a amazing hairdresser she always does my hair just how want it,always looks fantastic. Anna is so talented and friendly and makes you feel so relaxed .

I've not had my hair done in ages and had really just let my hair go. I wanted to finally do something about it given the length and condition of my hair so reached out to Steph. Steph was great at working with me around what I was wanting but also suggesting what would work and suit me best. I'm really pleased with the results and my hair is so much softer and tangle free. Also gets a slight wave to it again now. Really pleased and will be back again.

This was our daughters 1st experience at a salon for a haircut so she was excited but quite nervous of what to expect. Steph was very friendly and welcoming and talked her through everything. Steph regularly checked with our daughter that she was happy with how her hair was and also with myself. Steph has done an amazing job and was very thorough with ensuring the best results. Our daughter and myself are thrilled with her haircut and will 100% be coming again.
