I was looking for a braider in Preston after moving to the UK for school and I came across this lovely woman. She was very friendly, did a great job and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. She also gave me some snacks (love the Walkers Sensations btw) and I was really pleased with how this turned out! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

Finally said goodbye to my BIAB nails today Big thanks to Nicole for being so sweet and making the whole removal process feel like a mini pamper session! Mya was so so great and really knows her stuff. I came in with some ideas but didn’t know what would work with my hair, she talked me through everything first before my hair cut. I’m so pleased with how it’s turned out it feels 10/10 and the style suits my hair perfectly, not easy with fine limp hair! Thank you again x

I love coming to Lady Gray. Impeccable service every time. The lady’s are so welcoming and friendly. They always seem to remember bits of your life that you tell them in the previous visit. Makes you feel more like a friend than just a client to them. Kudos to them for creating such a welcoming atmosphere.

Tracey is just the best! Such a lovely woman and fixed a bad job by a previous extension fitting and I’ve never felt better with the application Tracey has done

Nicole is the most lovely, welcoming, warm person and I had the most awesome wash and blow dry. I had accidently thought that Nicole could cut hair also, Nicole and her mum were so understanding and patient and went above and beyond to help me and organised for me to have my haircut next door. I cannot recommend Nicole highly enough, I will be back for my hair but also to have beauty treatments and my nails done. Definitely visit and thank you again for the most lovely experience.

I would recommend Tracey 100%. She has the time and patience to go through everything with every individual client. She has lots of knowledge about hair and extensions and it’s a lovely warm salon to go to. I absolutely love my hair extensions and would definitely recommend Tracey.
