Su is fantastic hairdresser and genuinely nice caring person. She goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, care, advice and experience overall. I only go to ooh hair and beauty to get my hair done and i wouldn't change that. Su cuts and dyes my hair and has been helping me care for my post pregnancy hair changes for the last 5 years (2 kids within this time!) I always got loads of compliments on my hair and it's been worth every penny!

booked three treatments over an 80-minute session. Sharnie arrived on time and was punctual, professional, and friendly throughout. She was extremely knowledgeable, and it was clear from the way she carried out each treatment that she really knows what she’s doing. Afterwards, she gave me some very helpful advice and clear instructions on what I should do next to get the best results. I was very impressed with the whole experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again. Thank you very much!
