I’ve just had my first spray tan ever with Lisa at LG Beauty, and she made the whole experience so comfortable and relaxed. Stripping down for a spray tan can be nerve-wracking, but Lisa put me right at ease – it honestly felt like chatting with a friend. Absolutely loved every moment being pampered! Lisa made me feel at ease, that much so I asked if she had time to do my toes as well as fingers. It was my first time having a spray tan after the bad experience I had years ago somewhere else. I felt comfortable, Lisa talked me through everything first and kept checking I was okay through out. Frist impressions when you walk in to the bespoke built therapy space are of calmness, cosiness and serenity. Lisa instantly makes you feel at ease; she is kind, friendly and professional. I had the bruccal facial because I have TMJ and have suffered lock jaw a couple of times. This was completely new to me but it was a wonderful experience. Lisa explained everything and talked me through each technique prior to carrying it out. I have learned techniques to relieve jaw/joint pressure which I can do myself each. It was also a very relaxing experience too.

As always, a fabulous appointment, gorgeous BIAB nails and a therapy session to boot 😂❤️ Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I haven’t been well for a number of months which Lisa was fully aware of and understood as she’s been looking after my skin for a long time. Lisa recommended we change our approach from the original booking because I’d had a recent bad breakdown and she didn’t want to aggravate my skin further. Lisa focused on purely a glass facial this time and it was super relaxing (as always). Lisa knew that talking makes my illness worse, so encouraged me to enjoy some quiet time (which was incredible) & I felt really comfortable to ask to pause when I needed medication or to change position etc.
