Kyle was very patient and knowledgeable about proper piercing practices. The form that you fill out is very extensive, but it's worth it. Has a good range of different jewelry that is safe to insert in your body (no surgical steel). He keeps digital records of the gauge, type, and guarantees the jewelry for life. I will be returning to him once my daith is more healed to switch to a slightly smaller ring in gold.

Keri did two lobe piercings for me (my third and fourth piercings done by her!) and was so helpful and patient with everything from choosing jewelry to planning placement of the piercings. Keri has such a great, calm energy which is so nice if I ever have any piercing nerves, and I love how clear she is with how the piercing is done and what is needed for aftercare. Can't recommend her enough!!

I went in because I lost one of my piercings, I have no idea how. And I had an appointment to get it re-pierced because I thought it closed. I was super nervous, but Keri was quick to explain the procedure and how things were going to go to get my piercing re-stretched, and my anxiety went away immediately. She gave me the best recommendation and I never thought I'd ever get my ears pierced but now I want to do it! Overhaul I had the best experience I could've asked for and I am already recommending her to everyone I know! Thank you so much for the amazing service!

Very professional and friendly staff with lots of great options for jewelry. I went in for my first piercings (lobes) and my piercer Alex was very nice and fun to talk to. He took great care in the placement of my piercings to make sure they looked great and was fast with the actual piercing to minimize pain.

Such a great selection of products. Manu was incredible in helping me find what I liked and answering all the questions I had about my old piercings (and possible future ones!). She also explained everything she was doing as she put in my new earrings for me which I really appreciated - even though I wasn't getting pierced I was still nervous so having her talk to me throughout and explain the process made it a very enjoyable experience. Super excited to come back in the future for more jewelry and future piercings!

Kyle definitely knows his stuff and takes the time to ensure that his clients leave well informed on after care and next steps. He helped me with a piercing done elsewhere and within a couple of days of swapping to his high quality jewelry, my irritation bump was gone! I even messaged him with a question for a friend who was having issues with a piercing done elsewhere and he took the time to respond and did so very promptly. He takes sanitation very seriously and offers great aftercare service. Will definitely be back to see him!

Keri is an absolute gem! I met her while picking up my husband from a tattoo appointment and immediately loved her vibe and professionalism. I’ve now had 4 piercings done by her and couldn’t be happier. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, works in spotless conditions, and always takes the time to explain healing and aftercare. I’ve even consulted her about more intimate piercings and always felt completely comfortable. When I had an issue with a piercing (my fault, not hers!), she made time to help me the very next day. I can’t recommend Kyle enough. This was my first experience with him and I would definitely go back again in the future. I went to have my nipples re-pierced and Kyle did an amazing job explaining the process and the aftercare. His attention to detail, especially for the placement/avoiding the scar tissue from the old piercings, was incredible and he ensured that I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I had a microdermal removed and a jewellery change on another piercing. He was very gentle with the dermal removal and it was much less painful than I had anticipated. Would highly recommend Kyle!
