All the therapists I've seen at Natural Balance have been excellent but Marion really is exceptional. She must have the strongest hands in Brighton and Hove, I always feel incredible afterwards.

Fantastic head massage, I felt lighter, relaxed and more centred. Gemma has incredible knowledge about Ayurveda which gave me a real insight into my health and well-being. I’ve had a couple of massages with Gemma now and both have been fantastic. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Gemma is a first rate practitioner.

I seriously cannot fault Emma. After initial consultation everything was explained as I was welcomed into the beautiful space. After a few minutes of settling in I was gone! Ha! My wound up nervous system finally settled. Very intuitive healer and a beautiful soul. Parking is easy an I will be going back regularly I’m still chilled from the session. Thank you 🙏

Another 5* experience with Steve at Natural Balance - highly recommended . Very sorry to see him go.

Mark made sure I was relaxed and comfortable,explained exactly what he was doing at each stage of the massage and checked on my wellbeing constantly. I felt reassured by his approach and definitely much better after my sports massage. My mobility is easier and the pain I was in has disappeared. I can't recommend Natural Balance highly enough. Superb deep tissue massage from Lolly - helping to get my legs in particular back in shape following a lot of hilly hiking over the summer. I have been going to Natural Balance whenever I’ve needed some ‘maintenance’ for 15 years+ and seen a number of therapists in that time - all excellent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had a facial at Natural Balance with Marion, which was excellent. Marion was very knowledgeable regarding my skin issues and made helpful suggestions. The facial and head, neck and shoulder massage was really relaxing. Marion was very friendly, with a nice mix of conversation but quiet time to enjoy the experience. Would definitely recommend and will be coming again!

Absolutely outstanding. Far exceeded expectations. I was in town for a conference and decided I needed a massage. I just found Natural Balance Therapies online and was assigned a therapist according to availability. I've gotten massage therapy from quite a lot of people over the years, and perhaps this was the best one yet. Very impressed with her ability to read the body, find just the right spot, and apply just the right amount of pressure. I felt looser and springier after the session. She's also the only massage therapist who didn't trigger a tickle response ever.

Lisa has a great intuitive ability. Her balance of careful pacing and pressure allowed my body to feel comfortable, safe and surrendered, even as we did deep work in contracted places.
