My daughter had had a piercing and Rob put her at ease and she is very happy! He gave good aftercare advice

So welcoming and friendly won't recommend what isn't needed or pushy to have more makes you feel at home and safe exserlant after care as well highly recommend

Really good experience with Rob. He made sure i was happy with the placement before the actual piercing. Great advice about the after care and roughly how long until I can downsize the bar. We had a laugh with the banter especially the wigs (inside joke)🤣 Just an all round good experience.

Great thorough service with care

I had my very first pedicure at Broadway Beauty today and I was really impressed with the care and attention Megan gave with the treatment. The whole experience was very relaxing, especially sitting in a very comfortable massage chair which was an added bonus. I'm really pleased with the way my new painted toes are looking and would definitely recommend this Salon.

I’ve had several different piercings done here from something as simple as a nostril to err, dermal punches and cheeks! It has been nothing but a positive experience from start to finish. The receptionist/team member Loren is extremely friendly and professional - allowing for ease of booking and calming of nerves if you’re feeling worried about it (nothing to be worried about) and the precision and thorough aftercare from Rob. If you need (want) a piercing then don’t go anywhere else. Studio 9 feels like one big family!

I have tried Broadway Beauty today for my nails extensions for the first time and I am very happy with the result. I was a bit nervous as I wanted to have a rather unusual design but Nicola rose to the challenge! She carefully listened and looked at the pictures I have shown her on my phone, and achieved great looking nails :), plus she was very friendly and put me very much at ease.
