Emily is so lovely, she is always kind, friendly and accommodating. Her customer care is top level and on top of being a genuine lovely human she's also fantastic and professional at what she does. Had an amazing gel mani pedi with Issy Mae yesterday! I use this salon regularly and I'll see any technician as they're all very good, but Issy Mae has blown me away. I can't stop looking at my nails, this is the best they've ever looked. She took such great care to make them look exactly how I wanted. So, so happy.

Emily is absolutely fantastic. I had my vampire facial with her today and as always, Emily explained the procedure to me with great care and continued to explain all the steps as she was doing the facial. Had a couple of new treatments with Emily recently and she always takes the time to explain the procedure and aftercare. She gives recommendations on add on treatments and helpful advice on products to help maintain your skin at home. Emily knows her stuff and it shows in the results you get! I've never had anything less than a great experience at Profile + and wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin.
