Wow, wow, wow… thank you so much to Fran for the most fabulous hair! You are an absolute superstar. It was my first visit, and I felt at ease straight away—Fran was so friendly and instantly knew exactly what to do with my hair it was done to perfection, and I absolutely love it! Such a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in, and all the ladies there are amazing. The salon is a real gem and well worth a visit.

Phoebe was an exceptional professional when it came to my appointment. From entering the gorgeously-presented salon to leaving it, she was attentive, friendly and consistently exceeded my expectations. I'd gone in with a particular idea of what I wanted to do with my hair - autumnal inspirational photos in hand - and she was able to discuss what options would work best and how my inspiration could be fulfilled. As you can see from the photos, she achieved that and more! I felt relaxed and not rushed at any point, the music was perfect and not too loud, and the ambience was perfect!

Thad a wonderful experience at the salon with Phoebe! She was very polite and attentive, taking the time to ask what I wanted and offering her professional opinion. She even offered me a drink and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Unlike some places, she focused entirely on me—no chatting with colleagues or answering calls during my service. Her professionalism and kindness made this my go-to place. I'll definitely be recommending it to friends and family!

Jodie has been doing my hair for years and even-though I’ve moved out of Leicester she’s worth travelling back for! She just gets it. I always leave the chair feeling incredible, not only is she a fantastic hairdresser but she’s also the loveliest person ever! Abbie is so welcoming when coming I to the salon. The salon itself is absolutely Beautiful, spacious and very pink ;) All of Abbie’s treatment are done specific for the person, and she always does my lashes exactly how I like them. She makes her clients feel comfortable and her salon over all is a great environment to be in. I will proceed to go to Abbie for my lashes for the foreseeable, and have been already going to her for over a year!
