Charlotte was incredible. I am 38 weeks pregnant and feeling very average - she was so kind and lovely throughout the appointment always making sure I was comfortable and hydrated, and I walked away feeling human for the first time in 9 months. I booked in for a significant trim with layers and Kelly did a fabulous job. My hair looks and feels so good! Kelly is an ‘emerging artist’ and evidently very well trained. I will most likely book in with her again next time.

Alicia was amazing with my teenage daughter who came in with a head of damaged and poorly coloured long hair. Alicia explained what could and couldn't be done, and provided great advice on an alternative outcome to what my daughter wanted. She left very happy and her hair looks amazing. We will be back!

After not stepping foot in a salon in 10 years, I was understandably nervous, but with just one reference picture and 10 years of home haircuts to work with, Alicia turned my hair from Hermione Granger to rockstar chic. Walked out of her salon with a confidence I only experience when I'm 4 tequila shots deep and on the dance floor Cannot recommend Alicia enough 10/10 would get cut by her again

As usual my 8 week appointment was all I could ask for. This visit I wanted to change the colour up just a touch. Kirsty listened, advised and excelled in my final result. My hair feels and looks great. I also indulged in some Mr.Smith Foundation product which was used in my hair, it’s to heat protect and speed up the dreaded blow drying at home! I posted on my local community group asking for a home based hairdresser. Rob immediately replied and asked why I wanted home studio, his business is local. Great point. I went for a free 10 minute assessment and the lady was so kind. Agreed all I needed was a decent trim, I booked in. WELL. When I booked in, I didn't realise until the day before that my stylist was the owner Rob. He is FANTASTIC. Great reassessment, perfect level of chatty, and efficient. Will definitely be going back.

Kelly was AMAZING at putting my wefts back into my hair after a break she was so precise with the whole process from measuring to the beading and stitching she also made sure I wasn’t in discomfort throughout the install. I definitely recommend her and i’ll be back! 🤍🤍

What a great find in this shopping centre with plenty of parking. KMT offer a relaxed but professional atmosphere. Consultation was very thorough and Poppy explained exactly what she was going to do. Whilst blow drying my hair gave tips on how to do it myself and products that might help but NO upselling. Would highly recommend.

I had the most amazing experience at the salon today! I came in with regrowth and blonde hair that needed some love, and Poppy absolutely nailed it. She created the most beautiful "lived-in blonde", the tones and blending are perfect. It looks so natural and exactly how I wanted it to turn out. She really listened to what I was after and executed it flawlessly. Also, I have to give a special shoutout to Lara for the best head massage in the world during the wash, honestly next level and so relaxing!
