I visited Alice today for the first time. She made me feel so welcomed and at ease. She walked me through everything that she was doing, she was patient with the removal of the last infill I had. Alice listened to everything that I wanted, down to colours and nail length and she was always making sure that I was happy with the work she was doing! My nails have never looked so amazing! My nails were completely damaged, snapping all the time not really growing and when they did they had no strength in them at all, myself and Alice spoke about the best route to go down with my nails, Alice took the time and explained everything to me about what we was using and how it was going to work ect, i felt completely at ease with Alice and her mum was lovely. Felt very comfortable and welcomed. Today was my first appointment and I'm loving my nails again 😀 won't be going anywhere else!!
