This was our first visit to House of Envy but won't be the last - Victoria was wonderful with both of my boys who usually get their hair cut at home. She made them both feel so comfortable and relaxed, wasn't in a rush and made their first experience of a salon amazing. She was so patient even with a wiggly toddler and made it a completely stress-free experience. Thank you so much.

This was my first visit to Hair by Charmaine and I'm very happy with my experience. I originally booked for a Silk Press, Charmaine suggested I try the Brizilian Keratin straightening instead. My hair is transformed . Friendly, knowledgeable, look forward to my next visit.

Victoria cut my hair and she has done such an amazing job. Her customer service is just exemplary. Can't fault her one bit. Ill be coming back again. Such good service and very friendly atmosphere, that relaxing .

It was our first experience and I was happy with everything. The staff was very friendly, the environment was very peaceful and the hairdresser was very kind,polite and professional. The thing I liked the most was that the services were very quick and efficient. My daughter really likes her hairstyle and can’t wait to show to her friends. Thankyou so much.

Katie was amazing with our 4 year old who can sometimes be very emotional and clingy during haircuts. Katie listened to our sons initial worries and put him at ease, he sat there calm and she told him the steps she was taking which helped him continue to feel comfortable. Our son also has a double crown which can be tricky to style but Katie had knowledge of this, our son left looking great. Thank you!

Charmaine was incredible! She was easy to talk to and passed on lots of tips for management of my new perm. She trusted her instincts when we discussed how tight to go with curls and I could not be happier with result. She was informative and realistic with how to look after my hair and how often I should be trimming and maintaining it. Salon was comfortable and clean. 10/10 thank you so much Charmaine!
