I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

I had a lash lift and tint done at flow aesthetics and I was so impressed with the whole experience. Shannon was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable, being lovely and chatty, and talking me through the process as I hadn't had this treatment before. The treatment room was a very clean and relaxing environment. I am so happy with the results of the lift! I would definitely recommend flow, great treatments delivered by lovely, genuine people, I will definitely be using them in the future. ☺️

I just love going to Claire. I’ve had a course of ten CaCi treatments this year as well as a course of micro needling and a CaCi eye toning today. Claire is always professional as well as informative and is very relaxing to be with. I also always get my dermalogica products from Claire as her knowledge is so valuable. Thank you Claire.

Once again a fantastic micro needling facial with Claire. Pure relaxation. This is my me time and what better place to enjoying it other than being with Claire.

I had the most wonderful CACI SIGNATURE NON-SURGICAL FACIAL TONING & JOWL LIFT with Claire yesterday. It was my first treatment at the salon and Claire was so warm, welcoming and friendly and completely put me at ease. She explained in great detail about the treatment and it was so relaxing - I enjoyed every second of it. I will definitely be returning to have a full course of the treatment and look forward to the monthly top up treatments. I recommend Claire 1 million % 😁

Clean space and professional practitioner

Shannon was amazing, absolutely brilliant and one of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with. I had what I thought was just a few skin tags and lesions that I was keen to sort out before getting married in 4 weeks time but it turned out to be many more than both myself and Shannon expected. She helped to calm my nervousness, as I was a bit apprehensive about getting this done and she did a fantastic job. Thank you so much Shannon, you should add that you’re a calming, caring and understanding therapist to your skill set as well.
