Always amazing results. Lisa is a true expert in her field, with exceptional knowledge of colour, cutting and styling. Always a warm welcome from Ben ,He's great with my son and always cuts our hair just right. Cool shop with memorabilia a wicked logo and good music . Best Barber in Maldon .

I have had three visits and have had a really positive experience so far. Stef is friendly, sets realistic expectations, and explains everything clearly. I feel completely comfortable discussing my issues and always leave with sensible, practical advice and exercises. I also really appreciate that he doesn’t book appointments for the sake of it, unlike others I’ve used before. I’ve definitely gained confidence in managing my recovery. Highly recommend.

She is so friendly and her work is so good and I felt good after all and very relaxation and welcome

Extremely Honest, Friendly and Professional service from start to finish. Helping me prepare for London Marathon with a slight back injury. Cam even took his time post appointment to check if I was okay and give further advise - not necessarily asking you to come back and spend more if it wasn’t necessary which I was really impressed with. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs a physio local to Maldon!

I have just had my 1st appointment with Cam and found him to be kind and thoughtful. I am looking forward to him helping me back to my previous mobility - before I was run over. Natalie

Emma is fabulous, has a great little set up in her home and is so welcoming. I went to visit her to talk about some moles on my face to see if she would be able to freeze them off for me. She took photos of them and sent them over to a doctor to get their advice. Unfortunately she wasn’t able to help but in a way this is great - it shows that she won’t do something that she thinks may result in obvious scarring and takes care to ensure the treatment that she does offer will get the results that you desire. Would highly recommend

Stef has worked wonders. I had elbow pain connected to break falling that had become worse and worse over a long, long time until it had become unbearable. Right from the beginning Stef came up with a way for me to carry on training at the same time as working on my injury. I had tried to solve it myself using Dr Google, without success. However, Stef devised a series of sets of exercises, each subtly different and building on the last with just the outcome I was looking for. In a matter of a few months I am finally able to left breakfall without pain. Many thanks Stef.
