Lovely appointment with Sam for my daughters first lobe piercing. She put her at ease and made it a lovely experience. Then another nice ear piercing for me too! I don't go anywhere else, best in Folkestone!

It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! If you’re in Folkestone and you need anything doing to your hair, this is the place to go!

If i can give 10 stars I will, Sophie is absolutely amazing and talented when it comes to lash install and eyebrows 😍. I loved everything about my treatments from the comfort of the seat which is warm, to the blanket, the extra checking to make sure if everything is alright is top tier work. Fantastic deep tissue massage from Garry. I have a trigger point deep under my shoulder blade and he did a perfect job of releasing it. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and he is clearly very knowledgeable about the body and was able to answer my questions. I feel much better after my treatment.

It was the best experience ever. I was petrified when I got there because I had been through a terrible experience with my last piercing. Connor was very understanding and he was very quick. He restored my faith in piercings. He is the really skilled in what he does.

First time here, I had walked in to see if they had space and they booked me straight in for later in the day. On arrival the gentleman on the desk (I didn’t catch his name) was so accommodating and checked if I would like refreshments throughout. Lola was great, she listened tentatively about my hair and asked about taking before and after pics. She spent over an hour sorting my hair and it turned out great! I’ve had bad experiences in the past at salons but next time I’m in Folkestone I will be returning to redhed.

Lemana is the balayage queen! Thank you so much as always. The workhouse is by far the best hair salon in Folkestone, Hayley has created such a chilled vibe. The atmosphere is just so lovely. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. The dream team ❤️

I had a wonderful Rewind Ritual treatment with the lovely Kitty today. I hadn’t had a treatment like this before, but I was put at ease straightaway. Kitty explained the process from beginning through to aftercare perfectly so I knew exactly what to expect. My skin feels amazing and I can’t wait to go back for another treatment. Thank you Kitty!
