If i can give 10 stars I will, Sophie is absolutely amazing and talented when it comes to lash install and eyebrows 😍. I loved everything about my treatments from the comfort of the seat which is warm, to the blanket, the extra checking to make sure if everything is alright is top tier work. Do not hesitate she's the best in Folkestone 💖

Lovely appointment with Sam for my daughters first lobe piercing. She put her at ease and made it a lovely experience. Then another nice ear piercing for me too! I don't go anywhere else, best in Folkestone!

It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! If you’re in Folkestone and you need anything doing to your hair, this is the place to go!

I was very satisfied with my visit to Radiance Beauty Clinic. The staff were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. The clinic is clean and welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend it. I will happily return.

Lemana is the balayage queen! Thank you so much as always. The workhouse is by far the best hair salon in Folkestone, Hayley has created such a chilled vibe. The atmosphere is just so lovely. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. The dream team ❤️

Jade is bloody fantastic. I myself, use to be a hairstylist but Jades trade is so amazing she puts my training to shame. Love my hair loads, great atmosphere and an all round lovely lady to be around. Folkestone town is lucky to have such talent on their doorstep.

Love the Knott, everyone is so friendly. I've been having my hair by Lisa since I moved to Folkestone and she never fails to do a great job. Today I decided to change up my natural colour and Lisa has done a beautiful job. Thank you!!!

Richard might be a genius, twice now he’s sorted two different problems almost immediately.

First time here, I had walked in to see if they had space and they booked me straight in for later in the day. On arrival the gentleman on the desk (I didn’t catch his name) was so accommodating and checked if I would like refreshments throughout. Lola was great, she listened tentatively about my hair and asked about taking before and after pics. She spent over an hour sorting my hair and it turned out great! I’ve had bad experiences in the past at salons but next time I’m in Folkestone I will be returning to redhed.

Such a luxurious facial and massage experience - I feel thoroughly pampered, super relaxed, and loved every minute of these treatments. By far the best facial and massage experience I've had from any salon in the Folkestone/Cheriton area.

My second treatment at Tre Spa was so relaxing. An Indian head massage is something everyone should experience to ease away the stresses of this increasingly turbulent fast pace changing world.

I felt really welcomed into the hair studio and Hayley knew exactly what to do with my hair straight away. I needed to be told what to do with it as I never know and have never had a cut I’ve particularly liked before. The cut really suits me and my hair feels great, it’s exactly what I wanted, even though I didn’t know it. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on, and I’m so happy Hayley is setting up her own business in the centre of Folkestone!

Sarah is amazing- she took the time to understand my hair and what I am aiming to achieve and worked out (colourwise) how we can get there without damaging my hair. The customer service and the way the team look after clients is great and super professional- something that is rarely seen in other salons in Folkestone.
