My daughter had ear lobe (pair) and helix piercings with Sophie. Sophie is very friendly, highly professional, gives a personal expert service and puts you at ease to make the experience as relaxing and comfortable as possible. She provided good advice and lots of information about the piercings and aftercare. Lovely, setting and has a great selection of jewellery from which to choose. There are many places you can go for a piercing, you don't need to second-guess about it, this is the place to go! Definitely and highly recommended.

Bart is always so good at explaining what he's doing and why. Very patient and always makes me feel comfortable. Made sure that the right treatment was used for a certain tattoo and worked out next steps that we can take, if any, to avoid any possibility of scaring.

Ewelina is lovely & amazingly good at her profession I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my brow tattoo. I always get positive compliments about my brows. All staff are very nice & professional, highly recommended.

I couldn't rate it higher. Amazing service very welcoming on arrival made to feel at ease. Consultation was so informative and no pressure to go ahead. They made sure I knew what to expect out of the process and how it worked. Also about the time scales we were looking at. I would recommend them 1000% so good knowing they are open and honest and not out to make money from you for something that can't be achieved. Jenny was fantastic! I came in knowing I wanted more piercings in my ears but wasn't certain which. She talked me through what would suit my anatomy and lifestyle. Explained which jewellery would be best for each piercing. Very pleased with a conch and flat piercing.
