Sangat2 puas hati dengan service yang diberikan..Memang semua point2 yg sakit tu lega dapat urut hari ni..miss yang mengurut pun sangat2 baik..memang berpengalaman..siap tanya kalau sakit so dia akan kurangkan pressure..tp memang takde yang sakit..semuanya sedap..so far ini service urut yang paling best..minyak yang digunakan EO..wangi2 semua..sangat recommend dan saya akan booking lagi next month..

Favorite spa so far, definitely will come again

The staff was so friendly, did my facial throughly. The treatment all is good. The explanation from the consultant was details. And she also advise the suitable treatment for me. No forcing from the staff to take/buy the package or product. That’s was very good feeling. I always turn off whenever the staff literally force me to buy or take package. It’s make me had a bad impression on them. But my experience with the spa was very good. Definitely will come back for more promotion and treatment.. thank u guys!

Good experience, the beautician very gentle and soft spoken. However; there is room to improve. Suggestion; the beautician may require to inform/ explain to the customer step by step before start the process. Or if possible maybe you can offer light massage to the shoulder/ neck for better experience. Reason; the customer will be aware and ready for the next process (some of gel is quite cold) and explain further the advantage or purpose that process etc. Overall; the medispa have a comfortable vibes. Thanks for the skin treatment.
