It was perfect to have use of the anti gravity massage chair before my float today; really enhanced the whole relaxation experience. So much so, that after my float I chose to add on the use of infra red sauna and opted to use the chair again! I was so relaxed I didn’t want to leave Mederi, I floated out the door reluctantly! This really is a lovely, uplifting, relaxing space. Thank you, Vivian, for looking after me.

I’ve been a regular visitor to the OFC for a year now, but today I had my first go in the Hot Yoga Sauna! The whole experience was Utterly amazing! The sauna itself is large enough for 3 or 4 people but I self indulgently had it to myself. I was able to connect my phone via Bluetooth so I could listen to a guided meditation which enhanced the experience even more! Hannah and Zoe were as attentive as always and the centre itself is such a beautiful relaxing space….I’ve come away feeling totally rejuvenated! Can’t wait for the next session next week 🧡

The spa itself is peaceful and welcoming, making each visit a relaxing experience from start to finish. My whole family and I genuinely can’t recommend this place enough. Fantastic! I have tried and have been to many Spa clinics in the UK and for me, THIS IS THE BEST! It’s my 4th visit in a month and my family can’t get enough of it ! What a fabulous place! As a ‘spa-type’ treatment novice, I found the corporate-type spas quite imposing, but this place is great. I went as a treat for my 40th birthday, but I’ll definitely be back! Thanks ladies for a lush experience ☺️

My husband got me the silver spa package for Mother’s Day. I booked the De-Stress (Back, Neck, Shoulders, and Foot Massage) 55min with Ms Joy Really nice massage, the pressure was good, and it had a bit of stretching. I left feeling relaxed and my body not as sore and stiff when I came in. I have already booked my next one.

I had a wonderful "Face Massage" today, I went for the longer treatment as you get some lovely massage stretches & pressure point work. I love the hot mitts that cleanse & the fabulous expulsion of tension from my face. The 55 minutes of space from my busy life helps me cope when I return to it. My skin looked sensational. This spa is a special place & I look forward to returning again very soon.

I had a nice first-time experience at Silver Spa. Location is convenient with easy parking. The therapist was skilled and professional. It is a relaxing and effective massage. The combination of massage and stretching helped relieve stiffness in various parts of my body, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. A soothing cup of ginger tea at the end was the perfect finishing touch. The staff were warm and welcoming, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

Vivien is fantastic, very welcoming and helpful. I love the white room and the atmosphere and vibe at Mederi. It is a good experience working from there. The relax chill room and being able to offer clients a discount on the float and sauna is attractive. Good not great star rating due to the ceiling in the White room - wires hanging out! Room could benefit from a dimmer light especially if I was working at night. Steps down to loos mean it is not suitable for disabilities. Chat in reception can be a bit noisy and disruptive. And no hand basin or bin in the room.

The thoughtfully designed space amazed us at every turn. Their infrared sauna felt revolutionary—working magic on our bodies! But the real star was the heavenly one-hour float. My daughter and I had a spa day together. We had a very relaxing experience. First we enjoyed a one-hour massage, then we had a half-hour infrared sauna, and last we went into the floatation tank for 60 minutes. In between we enjoyed resting in the sitting room, where we were given tea. The atmosphere was calm, and Kate was very attentive and friendly. We felt warmly welcome and that we'd want to do this again. Thank you guys x
